  3. Rou, I was thinking the same thing on the jumping pull-ups. Sam nearly had me crying on those! And not crying in pain, just friggin pissed that I had become so weak that I couldn’t even do the damn things.
    I love the goal oriented position you are taking. My trainer about dropped his jaw when I told him to add more weight to the leg presses. 2 sets with 280lb. Feels so amazing to get stronger.
    I struggle with hip openers too and yoga has helped immensely. Sure you got some good exercises but let me know if you want any more. I will be back in Baltimore next month and can come work out in the red room with you! 🙂

    Lou, non-creepy wolf whistle — seriously a great post today. However, do not, I repeat, do NOT refer to RJP as “King Powell” ever again. Tonight when we were filming, he told Chad he had to be Camera 2, because “I’m always Camera 1, get used to it.” No more blowing up his ego.
