  1. Damn Lou, I think we just passed each other on the fat scale. I weighed in this morning and am not 293. I am heading in the wrong direction. So, I had cereal for breakfast and am not having a salad for lunch. Time to start working out again.

    I thought about you a lot today as I was hiking up Paris Mountain. I had to put a mental pic of your calves powering up the canyon in front of me and it kept me going. My heart was beating out of my chest but I kept going til I made it to the top. I realized how much those hikes in Malibu increased my confidence level and what a butt burner a good incline is. New found motivation this week. Appreciate the support.
    Seeing that +2.41% kind of threw me since I never did the calculation but vacation was worth it and a 4 pound gain doesn’t define me. A few months ago it would have shattered me. That is growth.

    I hope you enjoyed your time away, I’m excited for you this month. Make sure you do your homework to find the right trainer. Sometimes they can suck really bad, and you don’t realize how bad they suck until the 3rd or 4th session.
