Based on my experience last month I realize that I need to fine tune my plan. I've decided that I will treat myself to a regular meal after 3 positive points. This will ensure that as long as I am sticking to my meal plan that I get two meals a week that are regular.
The psychological impact of being able to have those meals has been tremendous. It's hard fighting the occasional craving when you know it may be a while before you can have it, where as when you know in a couple of days that as a reward you can eat it if you want. Most of the time by that point you don't crave the food anymore, but it's the motivation to push you past the craving.
I'm starting to really get into a daily groove of eating every 3 hours. I have soooo much more energy. Sometimes I have to question whether or not I have eaten some fat burner pills, five hour energy, or red bull because I'm so amped up.
