I was losing between 2-3 lbs daily for about 5 days, and then plateaued. No matter how well disciplined I was I couldn't lose anymore weight. That's why last night even though it wasn't my "legal cheat" day. I ordered some Peruvian Chicken, and ate some. It's crazy to see how much my appetite has shrunken. I ate a quarter of the chicken with the yuca.
I used to be able to eat an entire chicken, yuca, plantains, soup, rice, and beans all in one sitting. I did ruin it later though as I was watching an entire season of Hell's Kitchen in one sitting to decompress from the last week of work, I ate another half. In one night over the course of 4 hours I ate 3/4 of the chicken.
This morning I paid the price by gaining 2 lbs from yesterday, but I'm not discouraged. As I took a calcualted risk which got a little out of hand. I am hoping it will have shocked my body enough that tomorrow I am back below 345.
