Yesterday morning I was brushing my teeth, when I realized that I’m actually developing muscle. As I was brushing my teeth, with the tooth brush in my right hand, I reached over my big man boobs with my left hand to scratch my bicep…when I realized that beneath the first layer of fat my arm is getting rock hard.
I feel great about the muscle I’m building, but I am a bit fustrated about the lack of fat loss. How I can burn the fat off without losing muscle mass. My weight is still 370 lbs, ARGH!
I think my trip to Malibu to Fitness Ridge aka Biggest Loser Resort could not have come at a better time personally. What’s hard for me is that my business is having one of the worst months ever, so my anxiety is a direct result of possible financial shortfall we will have related to our business. All of my business woes are a direct result of the early spring, and the rains that come with it, I’m going to put a cap in Puxateny Phil.
