After an hour of cardio last night around 9:00 PM, followed by a 45 minute walk with Benny, and only 5 hours of sleep, waking up this morning was not easy. This mornings session was one of the hardest ones I have had since I started working with kenny.
It started with a three set circuit of 6 excercises, with 2-4 minute intervals of cardio. Each set included the following excercises:
- Straight Leg Dead Lift 45 lb Kettlebell 25-30 Reps
- Sumo Squats with 45lb Kettlebell 20 Reps
- Step Ups with two 20 lb Dumbbells 1 minute interval
- Squat and single arm press with 15lb Kettlebell 15 reps a side
- Lat Pull Down with 75lbs 25-30 Reps
- Cable Row with 75lbs 20-25 Reps

Following three sets of misery shown above we followed that up with the following:
- Seated Oblique Twists with a 25lb plate 2 sets of 50 each
- High Plank Leg Lifts 2 sets of 20
- Lower Planks 8 sets of 10 second holds each time
