I've had a crazy week, trying to keep my workout schedule on track was very difficult. This week was a big lesson in staying committed, and dispclined.
Today's workout involved the following:
Super Circuit
Each of the following 6 excercises were done in a circuit for a duration of 1:15 to 1:30 seconds per excercise, 3 sets of the 6 way circuit were peformed, the video below is from the final set.
- Kettlebell Squat and Curl with 2 15 lbs kettlebells.
- Kettlebell Swing with 25lb Kettlebell (1)
- Front to Latter raises with 10 lb Dumbbells
- Deadlift Squat 25lbs (2)
- Upright Rows 1 set 45 lbs, 2 sets 35 lbs plate (3)
- Stair Steppers 20 lbs dumbbells
(1) Kettlebell Swing
(2) Deadlift Squats
(3) Upright Rows
We then moved into a series of banded excercises for the core and abs.
- 1 set of 30 Side Twists per side
- 1 set of 30 Oblique Twists to Upright Extensions per side
Final Excercise 1 Single set of Straightleg Deadlift to Upright Press with 25lb Kettlebell
