I woke up at 6:55 AM this morning, with my regular training session scheduled for 7:00 AM. In a matter of 10 minutes I took a shower, drank a 5 hour energy with my AM vitamins, and had a Lean Body RTD.
Starting my morning session this morning was rough…really rough…my intensity level wasn’t up to my normal high intensity workouts. I will have to make sure to wake up early Wednesday and be prepared for a high intensity workout.
Today’s workout included:
Superset 1
- Squat and Shoulder Press 20lb Dumbbells 1:30 minute
- Kettlebell Swing 25lb Kettlebell 1:30 minute
- 1:00 – 2:00 minute breaks
- 3 Sets
Superset 2
- Standing 1 Leg Donkey Kicks 20 reps per side
- Step Ups Holding 25lb Kettlebell 20-30 Reps
- Standing Roman Curl 10lb plates 20 reps
- Standing Shoulder Press w/Roman Curl Bar 10lb Plates 30 Reps
- 1:00 – 2:00 minute breaks
- 3 Sets
Sumo Squat and Press 25lb Kettlebell 1 set 2 minutes
Finish with 5 minutes of Cardio and Stretching
