After a week of working out on my own, it was refreshing to workout with Kenny again. Having the tempo dictated by a professional trainer who knows how much to push almost helps propels me through a workout, as opposed to grinding through a session on my own.
I was exhausted by the end of my session, yet it had me wanting to for more…I’m turning into one of those unfortunate souls who find pleasure form their workouts, a sadistic pleasure is beginning to stir within me which gives me a greater feeling of euphoria the more pain I endure. Next I will start cutting myself, or place my nipples in a vice grip, in any case I’m not quite sure whether this developing sadomasochism is good or bad for weight loss. Maybe I can write a book “The Fat Guys Guide to Whips, Chain, Leather, and Slimmer Waste Lines”.
Today’s workout was something that Kenny called a full body blast.

Dumbbell Pullover and Rapid Chest/Triceps Extensions
- 35lb 20 Reps Pullovers & 30 Reps of Triceps
- 35lb 20 Reps Pullovers & 30 Reps of Triceps
5 Minutes of Cardio

- 25lb Dumbbell Curls (Left, Right, and then together = 1 rep) 10 reps
- 20lb Dumbbell Hammer Curls (Left, Right, and then together = 1 rep) 10 reps
- 45 lbs Plate Upright Row 25 reps
2 sets of Following Superset
- 50lb Sumo-squat 25 reps
- 45lb Dead lift Squat 25 reps
- 45lb Upright rows 25 reps
2 sets of standing straight-arm full body pull down
- 60 lbs 20 reps
