    Nice job today, real endurance athletes just “go”….they don’t take 2 min bathroom breaks.
    Your snatch (olympic lift) looks really good. You need to work on your receiving position though. In both attempts when you received the bar overhead your shoulders are not active and locked out, which is why the barbell sways forward and back. Next time think about aggressively locking your arms out overhead, squeezing your shoulder blades together and pushing up.
    Next time, do us all a favor and strap a GoPro camera to your head when you ride your bike. We all suffer through your diary week after week and it would mean a lot if we could witness your ass crashing into brick walls.
