I am for the most part a big baby, save for a few days such as today, I am a big whiny baby. A day of training such as today reinforces my belief that working with a personal trainer is essential to rapid phyiscal development.
My workouts with Zap are broken by day and body part. Today happen to be a day we worked out the chest. It is much my desire to workout my chest until I can burn away the manboobs whcih define my physique today. I work towards the day where I am no longer a Doubel "D", but a refined pectoral "A". The workout today was a great big stride towards a day of flat chestedness.
