I can't believe I Just did that! I am exhausted from ten days of 12-14
hour days, and two days of really busy days, so this morning I was dead
tired, and my meal plan for breakfast was a bagel half the size of a
krispy kreme donut and creme cheese. An hour later I ate my afternoon
snack which is some protein based "crisp" which tastes like ass. So 40
minutes later I eat a bag of baked dorritos, and then eat two leftover
eggs from yesterdays breakfast, and eat a piece of a leftover omelet.
I'm SOOOO BITTER NOW!!!!! I have to figure out how to balance my appetite on the days that follow really busy days.
I have to work out today!!!!!!!!
