Monday morning I did an hour of cardio, and then worked out with Kenny n the early evening. During this session I started to get sick, really sick. In between sets it was hard just trying not to vomit. Kenny as always helped me push through the Hell that is Kettle Bell Mondays. It was one of those pivotal workouts that changes you from someone who works out to someone who is making excercise an integral part of your life. Needless to say following the workout I was very ill. I went to the doctors yesterday and was told it's probably a virus or perhaps some type of stomach bacteria, she prescribed Cipro in case I continued to be sick through the next few days.
This mornings workout was hard because I really felt fatigued. My mind was alert and ready to go but my body was very sluggish.
