Attention all Gonzaga Alumn, this a great business in Bethesda that is owned by a Gonzaga Graduate.

We had the 10 of the Old School and 10 of the Blazing BBQ. 

The wings are cooked perfectly with just the right amount of crunch, and sauciness. 

It sucks when you get wings at other places were the chicken has been sitting too long and the batter and skin just absorb the sauce leaving you with a mess that tastes like plaster, or when you get wings and there's so much sauce you might as well be having hot wing soup, "BIB Please".

Wing Hub is not one of those places.  The wings were cooked perfectly I said again.  The meat was all the way cooked through so no pink cartilage pieces, or blood at the ends, at the same time the chicken meat was moist and tender.  The sauce was applied almost to perfection as well, every wing was covered well with sauce, so no plain tasting pieces, but the wings weren't so drenched that you have to change your shirt after the wings. 

Being a guy trying to lose weight I also ordered the California BBQ Salad.  The salad is fresh, with a good chicken breast cut, it's good for what it is…I mean what type of weirdo orders a chicken salad at a hot wing shop?

Wing Hub is everything Cluck U used to be and more, the place is better kept, it's cleaner, and because of it's location you won't get shot after buying a bucket of wings.  I'm glad there's not one in Virginia because I would crave these wings.  In fact I am getting hungry as I type this for some fried chicken.

When in Bethesda, Wing Hub, Wing Hub for a great after work happy hour and wings, or a late night place to soak up the booze, or just a good place for some great junk food!
